Marine three-phase asynchronous motor has the advantages of high efficiency, high starting torque and energy saving, etc. It is used for driving all kinds of machinery on ships, such as pumps, fans and so on.
Precautions for use:
(1) before disassembly, clean the motor surface with compressed air, and wipe the surface grime clean.
(2) select the operation address where the motor breaks down and clean up the site environment.
(3) understand the characteristics of motor structure and maintenance technical requirements.
(4) prepare the tools (including special tools) and equipment needed for the crash.
(5) in order to further understand the defects in motor operation, if possible, you can do a check experiment before disassembly. To this end, the motor load test run, detailed view of each part of the motor temperature, sound, vibration and other conditions, and test voltage, current, speed, etc., and then disconnect the load, a separate no-load view experiment, measured no-load current and no-load loss, do a good record.
(6) cut off the power supply, remove the external wiring of the motor and make records.
(7) test the insulation resistance of the motor with a megohm meter with appropriate voltage. In front of time repair when measured insulation resistance compared to judge the trend of motor insulation change and the insulation condition, different temperature shall be measured insulation resistance value conversion to the same temperature, general conversion to 75 ℃.
(8) test absorption ratio K. When the absorption ratio is greater than 1.33, it indicates that the motor insulation has not been damped or the degree of dampness is not serious. In order to compare with previous data, it is necessary to convert the absorption ratio measured at any temperature to the same temperature.
