Usage:

　　For the newly installed Marine hoisting motor or the Marine hoisting motor installed after disassembly and inspection, it shall first carry out several times of no-load test run. But before the installation is completed, do not try to turn on the power. In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use in an unallowable environment and in excess of the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times). During installation, debugging and maintenance, the limit device must be strictly checked whether it is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm(10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety ring of the wire rope on the drum shall be guaranteed, and the effective safety ring shall be more than 2 circles. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons which make the Marine hoisting motor move in opposite direction at the same time.

　　Notes:

　　1. Marine hoisting motor shall not lift or unload heavy objects by side, and overload use is prohibited.

　　2, in the process of use, the operator should check the wire rope at any time whether there are disorderly buckle, knot, groove, wear and other phenomena, if there should be timely elimination, and often check the rope guide and limit switch is safe and reliable.

　　4. After the completion of the work, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
