Method of application:

　　New equipment or marine crane motors after disassembly and inspection should first be tested several times without running. Nevertheless, before the end of the equipment, do not try to turn on the power. In operation, it is definitely prohibited to operate in an unacceptable environment, in case of excessive load and additional closing times per hour (120 times). When debugging and protecting the equipment, it is necessary to check whether the limit equipment is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the gap between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50 mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120 mm). When the hook drops to the lower limit position, the safety ring of the wire rope on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety ring should be more than 2 circles. It is not allowed to press two flashlight buttons at the same time to make the marine crane motor move in opposite direction.

　　Matters needing attention:

　　1. Marine crane motors shall not be lifted and unloaded by side to prevent overloading.

　　2. In the process of operation, operators should always check whether the wire rope has the phenomenon of random buckle, knot, slot drop, wear and tear. If it appears, it should be cleaned in time, and often check whether the guide rope and limit switch are safe and reliable.

　　4. Close the main switch of the power supply and block the main power supply after the operation.
