　　1. As YB2 series explosion-proof motors are flameproof motors, explosive mixtures inside things are required to explode, and the flameproof shell shall not be damaged or deformed to affect the flameproof performance; The internal explosion flame is not allowed to cause the explosion of the external explosive mixture through the flameproof bonding surface of the shell, therefore:

　　A. The parts that make up the flameproof shell, such as the stand, end cover, bearing inner cover, junction box cover, junction box base, etc., shall pass 1.0mpa after finishing and pass 10S static pressure test;

　　B. Length gap, surface roughness, electrical clearance and creepage distance between exposed conductors inside junction box and between exposed conductors and metal shell are shown in figure 1 and 2 below.

　　C. The bolts of the successive flameproof housing are equipped with spring washers to prevent them from loosening themselves.

　　D. The stand, end cover, bearing inner cover, junction box seat, junction box cover, connection bolt, terminal sleeve (or junction plate), shaft and sealing ring are flameproof parts. The sealing ring is made of rubber xh-21. The structure is shown in figure 3 below.

　　Second, under the rated working condition, motor shell surface temperature, coal mine use shall not exceed + 200 ℃, but there are coal accumulation in the external surface of the motor, shall not exceed + 150 ℃.
