Anything is not for a long time, in the daily use will inevitably appear a variety of problems, what are the ship power failure, in order to give you a better understanding, today to give you a detailed introduction of the Marine motor does not generate electricity or abnormal voltage reasons and measures taken.

Non - generation or abnormal voltage cause analysis

  (1) the fuse is broken

  (2) the voltmeter is damaged

  (3) the voltmeter is inaccurate

  (4) bad contact of voltage regulator pins

  (5) the rotating rectifier module is damaged

  (6) loss of residual magnetism

  (7) wrong wiring

  (8) the magnetic field coil of the exciter is broken

  (9) loose joint or poor contact

  (10) the armature coil of the generator is broken

  (11) generator armature coil short circuit

  (12) excitation armature coil open or short circuit

  (13) abnormal speed

  (14) regulator protection off circuit action

  (15) the regulator is damaged

Marine motor does not generate electricity or abnormal voltage treatment

  (1) after confirming that the circuit is normal, replace the fuse and close the switch.

  (2) directly measure the generator terminal voltage with the multimeter voltage range.

  (3) timing calibration meter, not allowed to be replaced

  (4) check whether the voltage regulator 50Hz, 60Hz and 6 and 7 pins are loose

  (5) lead the rotating rectifier module to the host rotor

The connection wire of the magnetic field can be removed and the rotating rectifier module can be measured with a multimeter or a bulb. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced.

  (6) the 12V battery is connected to the stator coil of the ac exciter through the diode for magnetization once, with the positive pole connected to X and the negative pole touching XX(about 2 seconds).

  (7) check it in detail and connect it with the wiring diagram

  (8) twist the broken wire, weld it firmly with tin and wrap it with insulating material externally.

  (9) clean the joint and reconnect it

  (10) find the break and re-weld and bind

  (11) short circuit will cause serious heating, the coil should be removed

  (12) find the fault point and replace the coil

  (13) check the generator speed with the speed or frequency meter

  (14) adjust the regulator after correction according to the regulator manual

  (15) replace the regulator
