  The first recruit: want to let the electric motor speak health. In the work of the motor, if dust, water and other debris into its internal, will form a short circuit medium, can damage the wire insulation layer, the formation of inter-turn short circuit, current increase, temperature rise and burn the motor. Therefore, should avoid dust, water stains and other debris into the motor inside, but also often to the motor's external cleaning, do not let the motor within the heat dissipation of dust and other debris, to ensure that the motor's heat dissipation is outstanding.

  The 2nd recruit: want to investigate frequently, listen carefully, smell peculiar smell to stop machine immediately. Investigate whether the motor has vibration, noise and abnormal smell. In the work of the motor, especially the high-power motor, it is often necessary to check whether the anchor bolt, motor end cover, bearing gland is loose, whether the grounding device is reliable. If it is found that the motor vibration is aggravated, the noise is increased and the smell appears, it must be shut down as soon as possible to find out the reason and eliminate the fault.

  Third move: to insist that the motor operating current is not large. Because the motor load is too large, the voltage is too low or driven by mechanical stagnation will form motor overload work. Therefore, the motor in the work, should pay attention to often check whether the transmission device is sensitive and reliable work; Whether the concentricity of the coupling is standard; Gear transmission sensitivity, if there is a phenomenon of stuck, should be shut down after troubleshooting.

  Fourth step: to regularly check and repair the motor control equipment to ensure its normal operation. The technical condition of the motor control equipment plays a decisive role in the normal start of the motor. Therefore, the motor control equipment should be located in a dry, ventilated and easy to operate location, and dust removal regularly. Often check the contactor contacts, coil iron core, wiring screws, etc. Are strong, whether the movement of the mechanical parts is sensitive, so that it adhere to the outstanding technical state, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the motor without being burned.

  Fifth move: to often check the work of the motor temperature and temperature rise is too high. To often check whether the motor bearing is too hot, lack of oil, if found near the bearing temperature rise is too high, it should be shut down to check. Whether the rolling body and raceway of the bearing are cracked, scratched or damaged, whether the gap of the bearing is too large sloshing, whether the inner ring rotates on the shaft, etc. To exhibit the above phenomenon, the bearing must be renewed.

  Sixth move: to often check whether the motor three-phase current balance. For three-phase asynchronous motors, the difference between the average value of any three-phase current and the other two-phase current is not allowed to exceed 10%, so as to ensure the safe operation of the motors. If exceed, indicate the motor has a fault, should find out the reason after troubleshooting before work.
