YB2 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors are developed according to the market demand. 　　So what are the key points of YB2 series explosion-proof motors?

　　1. As YB2 series explosion-proof motors are flameproof motors, it is required to point out the blasting mixture within them, and the flameproof shell shall not be damaged or produce deformation affecting the flameproof function; The flame of internal blasting is not allowed to pass through the flameproof bonding surface of the shell to cause the blasting of the external blasting mixture, thus:

　　A. The parts that make up the flameproof shell, such as the stand, end cover, bearing inner cover, junction box cover, junction box base, etc., shall pass 1.0mpa after finishing and pass 10S static pressure test;

　　B. Length gap of FLP joint surface, external roughness, electrical gap and creepage interval between bare conductor inside junction box and bare conductor and metal shell are shown in figure 1 and 2 below.

　　C. The bolts of the successive flameproof housing are equipped with spring washers to prevent them from loosening themselves.

　　D. The stand, end cover, bearing inner cover, junction box seat, junction box cover, connection bolt, terminal sleeve (or junction plate), shaft and sealing ring are flameproof parts. The sealing ring is made of rubber xh-21. The structure is shown in figure 3 below.

　　Second, in the condition of extra work, motor shell exterior temperature, coal mine use shall not exceed + 200 ℃, but there are coal accumulation outside the motor appearance, shall not exceed + 150 ℃. The temperature outside the inlet port shall not be higher than the allowable temperature of the cable to ensure the reliable operation of the cable.
