Methods of application:

　　New equipment or after the disassembly and inspection of the equipment of the Marine lifting motor, first of all, empty car test run several times. But before the end of the equipment, do not try to turn on the power. In the course of operation, it shall definitely be prohibited to use in an unallowable environment, in excess of extra load and additional closing times (120 times per hour). When equipment debugging and protection, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit bearing, the separation between the hook shell and the drum shell is necessary to be greater than 50mm(10t, 16t, 20t is necessary to be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit bearing, the safety ring of the wire rope on the drum shall be ensured, and the effective safety ring shall be more than 2 turns. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons at the same time to make the Marine lifting motor move in the opposite direction.

　　1. Marine hoisting motor shall not lift or unload heavy objects on the side to prevent overload.

　　2, in the process of application, the operator should check at any time whether the wire rope has random buckle, knot, groove, wear and other phenomena, if present should be cleaned in time, and often check whether the rope guide and limit switch is safe and reliable.

　　4. After the operation, close the main power switch and block the main power supply.
