With the improvement of the overall requirements of ship vibration and noise, how to reduce the vibration and noise of various machinery and equipment in the cabin has become the focus of Marine equipment manufacturers. In this paper, the finite element method and modal analysis technology are used to conduct the finite element modal analysis of motor parts, obtain the main modal parameters of the structure, find out the parts with poor modal stiffness of the main mode of each order of the body, and take corresponding measures to improve the stiffness of the part. At the same time, the structure of the motor is improved, and the vibration transmission way of the motor is controlled to achieve the purpose of vibration reduction and noise reduction of the equipment. 1 at the ends of the finite element model including the establishment of the motor structure end plate, bearing, spindle, the fixed structure, the main electrode, reversing electrode, the windings, brush, such as structure, bearing, the windings and the brush structure is simplified, the mass distribution on structure, structure of the entity unit, other reinforced shell element was used to simulate. The motor has a total of 19763 solid units and 1583 shell units. Figure 1 shows the original motor FEM model. In equation (1),|M| -- structure mass matrix and |K| -- structure stiffness matrix, coordinate transformation is carried out on the above equation. Physical coordinates of finite element are transformed into modal coordinates to obtain generalized characteristic equations.
