　　One, axis bending

　　If the degree of bending is not large, the method of grinding can be used to repair; If the bending is more than 0.2mm, the press can be used for dressing. After modification, the surface will be polished and the original condition will be restored. If the bending is too big to repair, replace it in time.

　　Wear of journal

　　When the journal wear is not large, the journal can be coated with a layer of chromium, and then polished to the required size; When the wear is serious, surfacing welding can be used first, and then the car window dressing to the standard size; When journal wear becomes impossible to repair, replacement should be considered.

　　Axial crack or fracture

　　When the transverse crack depth of the shaft does not exceed 10%~15% of the shaft diameter and the longitudinal crack does not exceed 10% of the shaft length, surfacing welding can be carried out first and then dressing can be carried out to reach the standard. If the fracture or crack is too severe, replacement is considered.
