Energy-saving motor is the key field of national energy cons

  Motor is an important industrial energy consumption equipment, widely used in pumps, fans, compressors, transmission machinery and other fields, its power consumption accounts for about 60% of China's total industrial power consumption. The domestic project of motor system energy saving is listed as one of the ten key energy saving projects in the 12th five-year plan of our country.

  At present, there are many kinds of motor products in China, but the efficiency is not high. Motor system low efficiency, low efficiency operation for a long time. If we achieve a 2 percent improvement in operational efficiency, we will save 20 billion kilowatt hours of electricity nationwide. But only 30-50 companies have the capability to design, produce and test high-efficiency electrical properties. Some users who produce motor systems lack awareness of the economic benefits brought by motor system energy saving, or have obstacles to the technical problems of motor system energy saving transformation, and lack of effective information platform to share the successful experience of motor system energy saving transformation. Compared with developed countries, the uniform efficiency of China's motor system is 3-5 percentage points lower, and the operating efficiency is 10-20 percentage points lower.

  With the promotion of low-carbon, energy-saving and emission reduction policies, the promotion and application of energy-saving electromechanical equipment will make substantial progress. With the active implementation of national energy saving and emission reduction and the gradual implementation of subsidy policies for high-efficiency energy-saving motors, the high-efficiency energy-saving motor industry will usher in explosive growth. In the next few years, energy-saving motor equipment will account for more than 60% of the newly added small and medium-sized electromechanical equipment in China, and the market size of energy-saving electromechanical equipment will reach about 50 billion yuan.

  Recently, the ministry of industry and information technology (miit) released the draft of "recommended catalogue of energy-saving electromechanical equipment (products) (the fourth batch)" for comments, which covers 192 items of equipment (products) in 9 categories. This year, we will continue to phase out and upgrade energy-intensive equipment. We will actively promote financial support for the elimination of outdated motors, water pumps and transformers, and promote the application and renovation of energy-saving technologies for internal combustion engines.

  In order to accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity and backward high-energy-consuming equipment, the ministry of industry and information technology has issued several batches of catalogue of high-energy-consuming and low-energy-consuming mechanical and electrical equipment (products) for elimination. Under the big idea of energy saving and emission reduction, on the one hand, we should accelerate the promotion of energy-saving electromechanical equipment; on the other hand, we should eliminate backward electromechanical equipment.

  According to the analysis, the energy-saving electromechanical equipment adopts new design concept, new technology and new material to improve the output rate by reducing the loss of electromagnetic energy, thermal energy and mechanical energy. Compared with standard electromechanical equipment, energy-saving electromechanical equipment has a very obvious energy-saving effect, which can improve the efficiency of about 4%. The market prospect of energy-saving motor equipment is optimistic.
