What are the key points of YB2 series explosion-proof motors?
As YB2 series explosion-proof motors are flameproof motors, explosive mixtures inside things are required. The flameproof enclosure should not be damaged or deformed to affect the flameproof performance. The internal explosion flame is not allowed to cause the explosion of the external explosive mixture through the flameproof joint of the outer shell, therefore:
A. The parts that constitute the flameproof enclosure, such as machine base, end cover, bearing inner cover, junction box cover, junction box seat, etc., shall pass 1.0mpa after finishing, and pass through 10S static pressure test;
B. The length gap of the flameproof joint surface, surface roughness, the electrical clearance and creeping distance between the bare conductor inside the junction box and the metal shell are shown in figure 1,2.
C. Bolts connected to the flameproof housing are provided with spring washer to prevent self-release.
D. The machine base, end cover, bearing inner cover, junction box seat, junction box cover, wiring bolt, terminal sleeve (or terminal board), shaft and sealing ring are the parts for flameproof. The sealing ring is made of rubber xh-21, and the structure is shown in figure 3 below.
