Motor is an important industrial energy consuming equipment, which is widely used in the fields of pumps, fans, compressors, transmission machinery, etc., accounting for more than 60% of the total industrial power consumption in China. The domestic energy saving project of electric motor system is listed as one of the ten key energy saving projects in the 12th five-year plan of China.
At present, there are many kinds of motor products in China, but the efficiency is not high. Motor system low efficiency, long - term inefficient operation. A 2 percent improvement in operating efficiency would save 20 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity nationwide. Compared with developed countries, the uniform efficiency of China's motor system is 3-5 percentage points lower, and the operating efficiency is 10-20 percentage points lower.
Under the promotion of low-carbon and energy-saving emission reduction policies, substantial progress will be made in the promotion and application of energy-saving electromechanical equipment. With the active implementation of national energy-saving emission reduction and the gradual implementation of efficient energy-saving motor subsidy policy, the efficient energy-saving motor industry will usher in explosive growth. In the coming years, energy-saving electrical equipment will account for more than 60% of the new medium and small electromechanical equipment in China, and the market size of energy-saving electromechanical equipment will reach about 50 billion yuan.
The ministry of industry and information technology (miit) released a draft for comment on the recommended catalogue of energy-saving electromechanical equipment (products), covering 9 categories of 192 items of equipment (products). We will continue to phase out and upgrade energy-consuming equipment this year. We will provide financial support for the elimination of backward motors, pumps and transformers, and promote the application of energy-saving technologies and technical reform of the internal combustion engine.
In order to speed up the elimination of backward production capacity and backward energy-consuming equipment, the ministry of industry and information technology has issued several batches of catalogue of elimination of energy-consuming backward mechanical and electrical equipment (products). Under the big idea of energy saving and emission reduction, on the one hand, we should accelerate the promotion of energy-saving electromechanical equipment, on the other hand, we should eliminate backward electromechanical equipment.
The analysis shows that the energy saving electromechanical equipment adopts new design concept, new technology and new material, and improves output rate by reducing the loss of electromagnetic energy, thermal energy and mechanical energy. Compared with standard electromechanical equipment, the energy-saving effect of electromechanical equipment is very obvious, which can generally increase the efficiency by about 4%, and the market prospect of energy-saving electrical equipment is promising.
