How does an efficient motor handle drilling

The efficiency of high efficiency motors can meet the requirements of related energy efficiency grades. From the point of view of energy conservation, the promotion of high efficiency motors is essential. Do you know how an efficient motor handles drilling holes?

When the production lot is large, in order to further improve the productivity, a multi shaft transmission chuck can be installed on the ordinary drilling machine, or a multi head drilling machine (combined drilling machine) is used, and a number of holes can be processed at the same time. The end hole of the small stand adopts a multi head drilling machine, which is arranged on the left and right sides, and can drill holes or tapping at both ends of the frame. The chassis is coarsely positioned on the intermediate; when processing different stands, the positioning fixture on the intermediate must be replaced. When drilling and tapping, fine positioning of the left and right tower stops is carried out. Each drill end is equipped with eight drill pipes, four drills, four tapping, and its radial distance can be adjusted.

In addition to manual loading and unloading, the multi - head drilling machine relies on the coordination of hydraulic and electrical systems. The entire working cycle is automatic, with an average productivity of 5 minutes per machine.

Magnetic pole hole drilling for DC motor base

The uneven distribution of poles of the pole on the DC motor frame will cause difficulties in assembling the pole and affect the performance of the motor. In batch production, the drill jig of the magnetic pole hole can move around the trailers, while the trailers can move up and down in the V slot. The dividing plate is used for dividing the location of the magnetic pole holes on the frame, and is positioned by springs. This fixture is more versatile. When drilling, first, the socket of the stand is fixed on the mouth of the tyre, and the clamping die is clamped by the pressure plate, the shaft and the nut, and the drill die is adjusted to the proper position. Two magnetic pole holes are drilled out in turn. Then, use the dividing plate to turn the frame off the required angle and drill out second sets of magnetic pole holes. This continues until all the magnetic pole holes are drilled.
