　　Before the motor is open, check whether the package is intact and moisten. After opening the hood, we should carefully clear the dust and rust layer on the motor, check carefully in the process of transportation, whether there is any deformation and damage, the fasteners are loose or off, the rotor is flexible, whether the inscription data meets the requirements, and uses the 500VMQ The meter should measure the high voltage resistance, the insulation resistance should be no less than 1MQ, otherwise the winding should be dried, but the temperature should not exceed J20 C.

　　In addition, when the coupling is used, the center line of the motor axis and the axle center line of the load machine should be reconnected to avoid the strong vibration, coupling and abnormal sound of the motor in the moving line.
