The safety performance of the marine motor must be considered in the process of use, so it is very important to wire the motor. Below, the Lanhai motor takes us to explain how to make the wiring.
In wiring, do not build any motor control circuit on the wound or insert pattern board, and the use of high frequency printed circuit wiring is important to prevent pulse jitter. There is usually excessive noise at the input of the current detection sensor or the error signal amplifier. Therefore, the printed circuit layout should have a small current signal and a high drive output buffer ground, and should return to the power input filter capacitance by separate paths. Whether the VCC, Vref and the error amplifier must be connected to the input end are connected to a ceramic capacitor (0.01 F) near the integrated circuit, depending on the layout of the visual circuit. However, all the large current circuits should be as short as possible, and the copper wire should be taken as far as possible to reduce the EMI radiation.
