Usage method：

　　The newly installed or disassembled marine lifting motor should first be tested on empty cars for several times. But before the installation is completed, do not turn on the electricity. In use, it is absolutely prohibited to use in an environment that is not allowed, and exceed the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times). When installing, debugging and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check the flexibility and reliability of the limiting device. When the hook rises to the top of the limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit, the wire rope safety circle on the drum should be ensured. The effective safety circle must be 2 times above. It is not allowed to press two hand door buttons at the same time to make the marine lifting motor move in opposite directions.

　　Matters needing attention：

　　1. Marine lifting motors must not lift heavy loads on the side, and prohibit overload.

　　2, in the process of use, the operator should check the wire rope at any time whether there are clasp, knot, grooves, wear and so on. If it appears, it should be eliminated in time, and it is necessary to check the safety and reliability of the rope guide and limit switch.

　　4, after the work is finished, turn off the main switch and cut off the main power supply.
